After months of hard work and client collaboration, we were delighted to organised the brand launch event for newly-formed NSS at King St Townhouse in Manchester at the end of February

NSS has been created by the inaugural merger of two BGF-backed businesses, Nationwide Window Cleaning (NWC) and High Access Maintenance. The result is one of the largest independent facilities management services companies in the UK, with combined revenues in excess of £30m.

The brand process started last summer with a thorough internal and external research exercise that concluded with a series of workshops involving directors of both businesses.

Bringing together the culture of just two organisations is often challenging enough but both NWC and High Access had also made two recent acquisitions, so this was actually about bringing six businesses and 450 employees together into one company with one vision and one set of common values. And the alignment of organisational and service structure ultimately leading to the creation of four new divisions.

The brand launch event, created and managed by Studio North, on the fabulous South Terrace at King St Townhouse saw NSS and its directors joined by 100 guests including customers, colleagues, investors and other partners. Guests were greeted with champagne, canapes and live music from the fabulous Zoe Kyoti.

Chief Executive, Niel Bethell, outlined his vision for the future of the business and Eugene Boyle, Group Commercial Director spoke passionately about the new brand proposition, Altogether Better.

Feedback on the brand launch event was overwhelmingly positive and it was fantastic to witness the growing unity among colleagues, let alone the excitement among clients.

A full case study is coming soon. In the meantime, you can find out more about NSS here.
